The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC series offers a multifaceted approach to fire safety, combining heat, smoke, and carbon monoxide (CO) detection into one single device. These devices are mains powered with battery backup, 110–240 V~ main power supply.

The different variants are as follows

• Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (CO): Detects dangerous levels of carbon monoxide.
• Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat): Sensitive to rapid temperature increases.
• Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat/CO): Heat and carbon monoxide detection.
• Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat/Smoke): Heat and smoke detection.
• Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat/Smoke/CO): Detector for heat, smoke, and carbon monoxide.

As well as available in black & white with

• SB (Sealed Batteries): Up to 10 years of operation with sealed batteries.
• RB (Replaceable Batteries): Replaceable batteries with up to 7 years of longevity.
