The Icona monitor features a touch sensitive interface and is manufactured from scratch resistant polycarbonate, with matt metal finish on all of the edges. The two main buttons for this monitor will function as door lock release and for the answering of calls. These two buttons can be located just underneath the monitor screen. Further below are seven buttons which are normally hidden until the user swipes across them.

Seven of the secondary buttons are programmable, the seventh one can be used for privacy or for the doctor function. The doctor function allows for the entrance door to be opened without any interaction through the monitor. The speaker for the monitor is located at the bottom with a concave form to boost the audio fidelity.

The third row of touch sensitive buttons has function keys for adjusting call ring tone volume, brightness and colour.

This version of Icona monitor (/BM) comes with a magnetic induction that is compatible for hearing aid wearers.

Please note: The monitor requires the wall mounting bracket 6620W.
